Meet the Staff

Doug Mosle

Doug has lived and worked in the Mad River Valley for the past sixteen years and is an active member of our community. He lives in Fayston with his wife Sarah, children Gus and Mia, and their black lab.  Doug is currently President of  the Warren Fire Department, for which he has been a volunteer for 12+ years. He also volunteers for the Fayston Elementary School Winter Sports Program teaching children to ski, and has served in numerous roles on the Board of Directors of the Waitsfield Children’s Center, an accredited non-profit preschool.  Previously Doug worked for Sugarbush Resort where he was a manager in Guest Services and Mountain Operations for 9 years. Prior to joining Bradley Brook Real Estate, Doug worked for the Keewaydin Foundation of Middlebury, where he was the Director of a non-profit wilderness adventure program for children.  Doug holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Sociology from Drew University, in Madison, NJ. In his spare time Doug can be found wth family and friends, occasionally on the golf course, taking a few turns on the mountain, or even paddling his canoe. Doug is licensed through the Vermont Real Estate Commission and holds membership with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Vermont Association of Realtors (VAR) and the Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN). Simon Jennings

Simon is a native of the Mad River Valley and lives in Montpelier with his wife Juliana and their three daughters. In addition to real estate, Simon and Juliana own and operate Jennings Construction and Country Folk Visual Art.  Simon's other interests include skiing, farming and helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate objectives.

Pam is a Warren native and grew up enjoying the spoils of the Mad River Valley.  She now lives in Northfield with her husband Chris, son Caden and two dogs, Chuck and Annie.  Living outside of the Mad River Valley gives Pam an overall appreciation for the Valley and the surrounding Central Vermont area and all of its unique and beautiful areas.  No matter what the time of year or season there is no where more special then Vermont.  In addition to assisting clients with the sale or purchase of their property Pam also specializes in rentals both vacation and year round. When not in the office helping clients Pam can be found riding her horse, hiking, skiing, or helping her husband train their two dogs in Wilderness Search and Rescue.
